These Terms of Service govern your use of schedulesend.com and ScheduleSend. The service is provided by the administrator of the schedulesend.com service. By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you are authorized to represent.

ScheduleSend is a subscription service for B2B teams that schedule email, SMS, and WhatsApp messages at each recipient's local time, with quiet hours rules and approvals. You must have authority to manage the account and the information submitted through it.

Accounts and team access

Provide accurate account information and keep your contact email address current. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and managing access granted to team members. Activity performed through your account is your responsibility, subject to applicable law. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security issue.

Before scheduling messages, review recipients, content, channel, local timing, quiet hours settings, and approvals. You remain responsible for the decisions made through your account. An approval within the service does not replace any consent, legal review, or authorization required for the message itself.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the billing period selected when subscribing. The selected plan and checkout information describe the applicable price and usage allowance. Review pricing and the subscription details before purchasing. A subscription renews for the selected billing period unless canceled before renewal.

A plan usage limit is an allowance consumed within the applicable subscription period. It is not a permanent balance or an entitlement to unlimited use. Usage is counted against the allowance for that period as described for your plan. Unused allowance does not carry forward unless the plan expressly provides otherwise. Review your available usage before preparing additional sends.

You authorize payment of the applicable recurring subscription charges. You are responsible for keeping payment information valid and for charges associated with your selected plan. Failed payment may result in restricted or suspended service. Plan changes are subject to the terms presented when you make the change.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and stops renewal for the following period. Access remains subject to your plan and these terms until that period ends. Contact [email protected] if you need help with cancellation.

Payments are nonrefundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused usage allowances, or a decision to stop using the service before the paid period ends, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Review and manage pending messages before your subscription ends, since an expired subscription may prevent future sends.

Acceptable use and recipient consent

Do not use ScheduleSend to send unsolicited messages. The sender is responsible for obtaining valid consent when required, maintaining records of permission, honoring requests to stop, and complying with local messaging rules. Those obligations apply to the selected channel and to the places where recipients are located.

Do not submit unlawfully obtained recipient lists or use another person's identity without authorization.
Do not send fraudulent, threatening, harassing, or otherwise unlawful content.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or evade plan restrictions.
Do not use timing settings or approvals as a substitute for legally required consent.

We may restrict or suspend activity that violates these terms, threatens service security, or creates a legal obligation to act. Where appropriate and permitted, we may request information needed to investigate the issue.

Customer data and privacy

We store email addresses and usage data to run the service. Recipient lists belong to the customer. You retain rights in the content and recipient information you submit and authorize processing needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to submit and use that information.

Delivery, availability, and responsibility

Scheduled timing is not a guarantee of delivery, receipt, or reading. Recipient availability, channel restrictions, connectivity, and other conditions can affect delivery. Review message status and maintain an alternative process for urgent communications. We do not promise uninterrupted or error free service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated through the service or your account contact details as appropriate.
