How time zones are handled

Time zones come from the IANA database, the same source operating systems use, so daylight saving changes are applied correctly for each recipient.

Every plan shows the exact moment in the sender's time and in UTC, so there is nothing to guess.

The send moment differs for each city. The local hour does not.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Outlook lets you pick one date and time for one message. ScheduleSend adds what Outlook does not: the recipient's local time for a whole list, SMS and WhatsApp on the same schedule, quiet hours rules and approvals.
Quiet hours rules move a message to the nearest allowed window in the recipient's local time. The rules help you avoid late sends, they do not replace legal advice about messaging consent.
Open the planner on the home page, pick a channel and a recipient time zone, and save your email address to get access details.
